i have this stuff that is amazing its made in Israel and is an anti aging stuff that some jeuruselum hott guys sold me it is freakn awesome made with the water from the dead sea u know where jesus walked on.
I’m 30, and people still think I’m in highschool. I’m a Teacher, and sometimes when I enter into a new highschool to work–a security guard will yell at me and tell me to "get to class"–then I have to explain that I work there .My mom is 52 and doesnt have 1 wrinkle, and her skin is glows and looks amazong. I work very hard to maintain my youthful look while I am still young, and I work extra-hard at it.
The best anti-ageing things you can do is something that most women dont want to hear because it pisses them off: dont drink alcohol and dont smoke cigarettes–plain and simple. I’ve studied natural health for years, and what I’ve learned is that alcohol and especially cigarette smoke put lots of posions in your body that causes your body to age faster. Just take a look at cute women who drink and party a lot–they start to look old at around 28 years old–and by 35 they look haggard and lose their cuteness.
Here’s my bullet proof list;
1. Dont drink or smoke–period.
2. Drink at least 1 liter of spring water a day.
3. Use sunscreen with Parsol around your eyes daily and every 3 hours in the summer–the sun ages you even if you are black & latino
4. Take plenty of Vitamin E–about 1000mg/units per day–vitamin E prevents wrinkles and boosts sex hormones which keep you young–scientific fact
5. Take a good multi-vitamin like "One a Day" and Vitamin C
6. Make sure you are "using the bathroom" regularly–you must get rid of those poisons.
7. Eat plenty of fruits & veggies
8. Get rid of stress. Stress ages you horribly. Do whatever you have to do let go of your problems–smile, laugh about things, and distance yourself from anyone or any job that causes you intense stress. Always take "me time" to relax and unwind.
Those are the most important things. You should also eat a balanced diet of course–and try not to get too fat. I’m sorry to say this, but what makes lots of women look old past age 30 is that they gain lost of weight. You dont have to be super-skinny like Paris Hilton, but a nice body like J.Lo or Beyonce will make you look young when you are in your mid-30’s, early 40’s.
