Anti-aging…?
I’m 29 and was wondering what kind of anti aging facial creams or therapies would be a good fit for my age group. I’m looking to prevent wrinkles and such before they start to show up as I haven’t noticed any yet (thank God!) I just want to be ahead of the game. Any suggestions?

Any moisturizer that contains sunscreen is great in preventing wrinkles.
I have so many products in my bathroom (I like to try it all…lol). I currently wash my face with Olay Regenerist and then use the Thermal Skin Polisher (which heats up with water, it’s like a mini chemical peel). I moisturize with Loreal Wrinkle Decrease. My foundation has a spf. My routine changes constantly.
I also love Clinique’s Dramatically Different moisturizer and Dermalogica’s Active Moist.
The key is to eat right, drinks lots of water, and moisturize
