What can anyone do to help children with this disease?

like the diesase, progeria. how many known cases of it are there?
um, i mean like on record. like all together, whether active or not.

I’m in year 10, Aus, and we are required to imagine ourselves as the parent of a child born with a genetic disorder in my elective – child studies. I would like to do progeria, but would like to make sure it is definitely a ‘genetic disorder’. Is it?

There’s this disease called progeria that makes younger people look a lot older, but i was wondering if there was any disease that made older people look younger. I know it sounds stupid, but I was just wondering if anyone had ever heard of anything like that.

Hey guys, i am doing a school project on progeria and i don’t know why it causes heart diseases that kill the person with progeria. Anyway i also have to do a interview by email, person to person, phone, etc. i am planing to do it by email and i need to interview someone that knows a lot about progeria or a person who is diagnosed with it. Progeria causes one to age up to seven times the normal rate of a human.I think the title might have had something like "Jack" in it.

Or the only way to know if a person has progeria is when the he or she is already 18-24 months old?

Exactly what is the prognosis of the horrible disease Progeria? I realy need this information! And one last thing, there is no treatment for Progeria…….right?
