Don’t grow old!
Just joking (but I wish it was possible to NOT grow old). However, we all eventually do end-up at an age where we look at ourselves in the mirror and go "Who is that person???" Unfortunately, I am at that place in life now.
The only thing that I think will really help to hold off that ugly march of time is nothing but common-sense: Live a healthy lifestyle, which means: Eat right (that’s a hard one!), exercise (another hard one!), get plenty of restful sleep (that one gets harder the older you get!), stay connected with family and friends, and the one I think is the most important: Laugh a lot! You will need a sense of humor when one day you look in the mirror and go "Who is that person?"
Exfoliate—-Remove dead skin cells for a nice glow.
Moisturize—-Nobody wants parched skin.
Use sunscreen (in my opinion, SPF 30 at least)—-Who wants to look like a wrinkled piece of leather in later years?
Blue Imu works great. it is from a bird of all things and makes your skin cells less inflamed and smooth as silk.
good luck!
The fountain of youth remedies: 1) Get enough sleep 2) Eat healthy 3) drink lots of water 4) Enjoy your life 5) Appreciate what you have in life 6) Laugh a lot.
Drink plenty of water, wear sunscreen everyday, eat healthy and get regular exercise. Use a silk pillow case and try to not to sleep on your face. Be gentle with your face an try and find products that work for you. Here are a few that I love and that work great:
