You really don’t give enough information. Do you mean ever, active reported, estimates non reported, what country or world wide?
See, pretty hard to answer with a generalized question like that. The estimate is 1/ 4 mill. births. 35-45 active cases worldwide, about 100 on record, but that does not include any unreported cases.
