Just die before you start looking like some wrinkled up old fart will ya!
Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated. Also, use a moisturizer with SPF in it. You might also want to try a wrinkle filler like Solutions Plus+ Ageless Results Intensive Line Filler SPF 15 by Avon. For the moisturizer, you might want to try ANEW ALTERNATIVE Intensive Age Treatment SPF 25 Day AM, also by Avon. Be sure to be gentle when rubbing the moisturizer into your skin.
Yes, there are anti aging tips that you can use to reduce the wrinkles on your face. Fighting wrinkles can be very frustrating from my little experience and having a little knowledge of anti aging tips will go a long way at easing that frustration.
You must be ready to follow all the instructions of any anti aging tip you find if you want to get the best out of it. You also shouldn’t get carried away by so many anti aging tips because you can get lost in them. Try to focus on only one anti aging tip in order to make it useful to you.
One common anti aging tip is using an anti aging cream on your skin. It is very effective and you will see positive results soon enough once you start using them.
For instance, I use dermology 3 part anti aging solution for my wrinkles and it works that’s why I always recommend it to people who need help. You should try it too. Anti aging creams are easy to use and fast acting too. You can find more tips and useful information here: http://www.look-younger-now.info
Getting the right products is important, but you need a consistent plan of attack. Start by drinking more water (boring, but essential!) and get more sleep (seriously start slow, get an extra half hour of sleep nightly for a month, then add another half hour). Americans DO NOT get enough sleep. You need more than you think. And start exfoliating now. Get a facial pad (mine was $1.50 from CVS) and start using it couple times a week in the shower. Or at the sink. I like the shower because I’m already there and I can rinse it, hang it, and let it dry. Don’t go crazy, just be gentle with it. Get a good moisturizer with minimum of SPF 15. Doesn’t have to cost a fortune. Avon has a really nice one for my combination skin. I like their eye creams too. Moisturizing your eyes and exfoliating your lips help make you look younger too. I hear a paste made from baking soda is good for your lips. Maybe try it. I’ve always used a Mary Kay product for that, but it’s more expensive. When it runs out I might try making my own with baking soda.
Another thing that will make you look younger is whitening your teeth. I recommend getting your tooth brush, add paste, and dip it into a box of baking soda. Brush as you would normally, dipping back into the box once more, just don’t brush hard. Baking soda can abrade your gums. However, used properly, it will reduce stains from coffee, cola, and tea; reduce tartar; and will help your breath. One more step though…. get some peroxide. After brushing with soda, rinse well and take a swig from your peroxide bottle. Get ready for the foam! Spit it out and get another small swig, even brush your tongue while you still have a little peroxide in your mouth. Then rinse with water to dilute peroxide so it will stop foaming. If you continue this twice a day, the foaming will lessen (you’ll have LESS bacteria in your mouth) and your breath will amaze you. Don’t forget some flossing.
Exfoliate, hydrate, rest well, and fix your mouth! Add a few healthy habits to your life in 2010 and you will see the difference. E-mail me with any questions. I might have a couple more ideas up my sleeve.
