if i stop smoking now am i still at risk for premature aging?

   you may still be at risk but it will be a much less chance that you will .. stop smoking now and you will add years to your life

   you might be because your lungs are now still covered with tar from the chemicals in the cigarettes. if you didn’t start, you would be healthier. sorry to say all these mean things to you. i didn’t mean any harm with what i said.
