Does anyone have advice for coping with an aging grandparent? Im in college and live with my elderly grandparent. They are increasingly needing more help and its making me nervous and is more than i can handle. I asked my parents if I can come home and they said yes, but its quite obvious to me that my parents and aunts and uncles are all a little more at ease having me there. Its alot of pressure and I dont know how to deal with it.

I’m a black girl, I go to a New england prep school. I don’t fit in with most kids (they’re mostly preppy, rich, and legacies) The school is dominated by males, the girls seem sort of suboordinate. Alot of them won’t look you in the eye walking down the hall or they won’t respond if you say hello. The worst thing is looking for where I should sit in the cafeteria. I don’t have many options. (ive got 2or3 good friends). They have their own cliques among themselves, people do this thing thats supposed to be normal called
"hooking up", there are queen bee’s, social climbers and ALOT of gossip. And the boys are athletic and swaggering and the girls look really sophisticated for our age. I understand thats just high school but it’s different here. And I feel like I can NEVER talk about race or class, because I think if I do I will be upsetting the balance and people will blame me for being "anti’social" or "calling the race card". What can I do to feel happier and less awkward here?

i used to weigh about 103 lbs and now i weigh 96 and I’m 14 years of age and i didn’t change anything of my diet. my bones ache, and I’m sad and mopey alot of time and everyone but my mom and dad notice my aunts, uncles, cousins, teachers, and friends realized I’m not as hyper and perky. my best friend thinks i need anti-depressant and i don’t want to be a freak needing meds. and i don’t know what i would or how i would tell my mom because she doesn’t listen to me and i do not want anyone to tell her for me.

I am 27 and I used to drink alot and smoke cigs. For the past year, I heard comments about looking older and Im sure that was due to the weight I gained and the tired, dehydrated look I had going on. I have since stopped drinking and smoking, have started eating healthy and working out, so will that help reverse the older looking and help with a more youthful look? I use also anti-aging moisturizers, wear minimal makeup once in awhile, etc. I dont have any lines or anything like that. Also, what are some good weight loss tips? My weakness seems to be sodas, Jimmy Johns sandwiches (with chips) and steak. Im doing my best to limit the intake of these foods. I am eating more fruits and veggies and drinking water. Are there any other tips as well? In regard to dieting and exercising? Thanks!

I am only 22 but would like to start using something to help prevent wrinkles and aging in the future.

Especially considering I am exposed to the sun ALOT.

If anyone knows of any products that truly do work/help I would greatly appreciate your tips.
Nothing too crazy expensive but please let me know where you can get the product as well!

Thanks in advance!

I heard that eating lots of antioxidants prevents premature skin but aren’t alot of foods with antioxidants also high in sugar (such as fruits) and doesn’t sugar also cause your skin to age faster?
…so how do I fight aging if most foods with antioxidants are also high in sugar?
