I’v Been A Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian Since The Age Of 10 (I Am Now 19) & Lately I’v Really Been Thinking Of Making The Jump To Becoming Vegan, Though I’m Not Sure Yet.

Any Tips?

How Do You Cut Food Expenses?

Is There Any Fux-Chicken That Doesn’t Have Milk Or Eggs?
What’s A Good Brand Of "Yogurt?"

Eventhough I’m A Vegetarian I’m Kinda Freaking Out, But I Do For Most Big Choices.

Are Their Any Foods That You Think Vegans Shouldn’t Be With Out? Or That You Plain Old Wouldn’t?

I have had dandruff in hair since the age of 12. I tried all the popular treatments- so many shampoos & oils & shikakai powder etc. Presently I am taking treatment from Dr Shahid Shamsher who has diagnosed it as fungla infection and given me anti-fungal treatment to wash daily. But I am worried of losing more hair. Is it safe to wash daily?

i’ve been using an all natural cleanser: viviénne aqua pure cleanser made in israel
and after i was my face i use: viviénne regener8 epidermax anti-aging night cream

once a week i use a thermal mask: http://deadseamarket.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=19

and once every two weeks i use: https://www.onsensecret.com/scripts/prodView.asp?idCategory=2&idProduct=64

once or twice after washing my face i used a PerriconeMD acne treatment and I don’t know if that’s why my face is peeling but it’s peeling and it is gross!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What should I use as my cleanser!?
My mom said to use cetaphil mousturizer for all skin types and my friend gave me this acne treatment called Indoxyl. I started using it yesterday.

Please help!
What should I do?

i have a long black curly hair. Used to be better before than it is now. My friend dyed it dark brown like ages ago but now i don’t really like the results of it cuz it’s been dry. I used to straightened my hair, so i guess that made it worse but i used to just straightened the bottom of my hair and that was all. Now I’ve got split ends which is so annoying especially when it goes really dry. I want to make my hair healthy again so i bought this product named ‘Garnier Fructis- anti- frizz smoothing serum’, & hopefully it will work. anyway any tips?

Nivea has a few different products for skin tightning, cellulite, etc. Just a little confused about which one is best for my purpose.

I’m in my early 30s, but have had the orange peel thing happening on my stomach for the past year.

Just purchased Nivea’s Goodbye Cellulite, in addition to Nivea’s Age Defying Moisturizer, both for use on my body and not my face.

But I wonder if the "orange peel" belly is even cellulite or just excess skin from when I lost 10 pounds, and if the cellulite gel would even work for this.

At the age of 59, I realize why I’ve been so depressed most of my life. I have socialized anxiety disorder, which has left me living in a depression all this time and always stressed. I have a therapist & have worked with a psychiatrist trying to find an anti-depressent that works for me – so far, none (due to my biochemistry).

I’m so tired of seeing the world thru gray glasses. What kinds of other treatments are out there that work? I’ve given up on drugs, & I can’t exercise much because I’ve had foot surgery. Any thoughts?

I’m not contemplating suicide, but I am in rage against my mental outlook – I so want to wake up in the morning feeling good just once; and feel that I am up to a challange, instead of running away from it. I’ve always had to force myself to do everything & the anxiety never goes away. I’m so tired of fighting, always feeling anxious, stress that never leaves, (which has affected my memory). What suggestions do you have? What works? I’m tired of hating myself. What can I do.
Even though I have a good therapist, I don’t feel I’ve made much real progress. I’m writing here – thinking that maybe there are other forms of treatment that he may not be aware of.

See 1st off i never felt that 2 men would work out in a relationship because men are complicated! And people go through different emotional so fast and haven’t even figured half of them out. And man as a whole regardless of gay or straight have roller coaster feelings.

i just turned 18 in January and i think i’m pretty mature for my age. And i kinda have boyfriend who just turned 16 in feb And weve been messing around for like a month && a half. And idk i gotta admit im pretty anti-socail with people my age. It just most people in high school are assholes who only follow one another , to be down. doing and saying dumb shit. And And just spend all there money on cloths. and partys so their friends can think, "there cool" And i dont care about any of that.I’m usally to myself most of the time and do most things on my own. I wanna enjoy small things with him, like smoking weed together and playing basetball. But my boyfriend is one of them high school kids =/

I mean how to i get closer to someone i can’t relate too. I mean when we hang out we dont be having like deep conversations. Plus his emtionals are immature. for example he wanted to buy me cloths after 2 weeks of having known me. And he really really likes me. and he recenclty kinda broke up with me. And i think its cuz i havent been showering him the same showerings " like " as he shows me. But we still talk . But idk what to do, i like him but im smarter than that , to just jump into a realtionship, with a kid i just starting messing with.

any tips on gay realtionships?
ANd hes really really really hot

If using them earlier then you need to, will that make you age at an even earlier stage or is that a false statement?

i’m just asking because i’m !7 & I want to start taking care of my skin a little better then I am now to make my skin still healthy looking when I’m older
oh yeah & if 17 is not a good age to start using them, when is?

I’m 22 years old and getting braces. An adult with braces? Yuck, I know. Anyway, because of my age and my job (I meet with tons of people world-wide daily), I have opted to get clear braces instead of the silver metal ones for my appearance’s sake. I already look way young for someone my age (about 16 or 17) and getting traditional braces would be grounds for people in corporate America to pretty much think they could push me around because I’m "so young". The problem is that, like pretty much every other early-bird, I have to drink at least one caffeinated beverage every morning in order to function. The problem? Coffee, tea, dark sodas, etc, will all stain the clear bands on my braces. I’m looking for an alternative to dark drinks, maybe something like caffeine pills. Has anyone ever tried caffeine pills? If so, what were the results? Do they actually work? Also, what are some alternatives to dark caffeinated beverages, excluding white & green tea? I tried energy drinks and don’t like the way they taste and how I crash around 3pm because the “energy” dies off. Any suggestions/tips/advice are greatly appreciated!

I just noticed little wrinkles under my eyes & would like to slow down the aging process. Thanks any recommendations on what you use would be great!!

Will it help clear up your face. Anyone know some tips for blackheads? Type crisco anti aging cream in on google. I heard body builders use crisco.

Cheers!

I used to use Benzamycin for mild acne, but I stopped because it was making my skin really dry. I’m almost 25, and have been using some anti-aging night creams to help prevent wrinkles and keep my skin healthy. The ones I’ve used contain retinol or salicylic & glycolic acid, vitamins, etc. and helped clear my skin. However, lately I have been breaking out and am thinking of going back to the Benzamycin. I only used the Benzamycin at night, and I’m wondering if I could use some sort of anti-aging cream on top of it at night. Has anyone done that? Has anyone used it as a spot-treatment instead of all over the face?

OK, since the age of 8 years old I started getting EXTREME vaginal itching but I have never had any other symptoms!

No Color Changes…No Discharge…No Odors…Absolutely no difference between “Itch Time”&“No Itch Time”It makes no difference if I groom, don’t groom, or shave.

It seems to correlate to the time before my periods & hormone flux but that is only a tenuous connection since it happens in between as well.

I thought I had noticed a difference in intensity that correlates with diet. It SEEMED like it got worse if I ate white flour & processed carbs bt then again, it can just “Happen”because I go through periods of months w/ very little processed white flour&then get PMS/PMT, get really depressed, or stressed & have a ton of carbs for a few days then another2months of barely any.

I use tons of benzocane anti-itch creams&thank the gods for Wal-Mart & their.00a tube20%benzocane vaginal anti-itch creams! I should purchase stock!
It does seem to stop if I take a lot of pain killers which is a good thing because with my bad hip I use a lot of pain killers anyways…Ibuprofen & Aleve, nothing harder then that.

What is REALLY horrible about using the benzocane is that I use it mainly in the middle of the night after the pain killers wear off&the itching will wake me up&if I don’t get all the residue off of my hands it turns ANY color nail polish yellow!

Also, when I get near my period I soak in a bath with baking soda to help balance my vaginal ph&it seems to help but not enough!

Please, if you experience anything even remotely like this PLEASE tell me what you do!
I forgot to mention that I have seen doctors… I have been screened for STD’s and come up clean…

The doctors I have seen say "Use the anti itch cream and come back if you get any discharge or odor changes."

I have been to doctors in 2 states, Arizona an Illinois, and no one can tell me anything else…

This CAN’T be "In my head" because it hurts too much! (By Hurt I mean Itching to the point of pain)

Sorry for leaving that out…
p.s. I use benzocane anti-itch cream, anti-fungal creams have done nothing.

The stuff I use is just a numbing cream… The same exact ingredient as in Origel to numb soft tissue in the mouth.

Three of my four sons have inherited a seizure disorder from my husband. It starts off as febrile seizures in youth. It can be outgrown up to age 7 or last through age 18. It can be caused by other reasons which we think include exhaustion (by lack of sleep or exercise induced) & poor diet. At age 3, my oldest with this was tried on anti-seizure medications (Tegretol, Dylantin, Depakote, Phenobarbitol) at Barrow’s Neurological Center in Phoenix,AZ but medicines did not prevent seizures but caused seizures. His 1 min long febrile seizures became 6 a day & up to 45 mins. long. He lost his ability to walk & talk but gained it back once weaned off medicine. Because of this, I do not want to medicate any of my kids for fear of permanent brain damage. Outgrown by age 7, he now has had one at 16 & at 17 which appear to be due to running track or cross country to exhaustion (or heat). At this age, his driving has me concerned. Suggestions on ways to keep this from happening naturally?

well, this is a part of my project and so conducting a survey.Your reviews will be submitted as a hard copy.

“I live in the American Gardens Building on W. 81st Street on the 11th floor. My name is Patrick Bateman. I’m 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.”
“There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman; some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me: only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable… I simply am not there.”

Oops i meant "maybe not enough Sleep" haha

I have almost gotten into several accidents as a result of elderly drivers running red lights, going down one-way streets, ect. It almost seems absurd to me that they aren’t required to retake the driving test at a certain age because when a person ages their motor skills dull, they don’t see or hear as well and this affects their driving immensly. What do you think?
An excellent example: In 2003 in California, an 86 yr old man killed 10 people, including a 7 month old child by plowing his car into an open-aired market. It is ABSURD that an 86 yr old was allowed to drive a damn car. 10 people lost their lives because of him. And the sickest part is that he had no remorse. He said "Well they should have seen me coming!" I should start a petition or something.
For those of you who said teenagers cause more accidents, I obtained this information from smartmotorist.com:

"In the next 20 years the number of elderly drivers (persons 70 & over) is predicted to triple in the United States. As age increases, older drivers generally become more conservative on the road. Many mature drivers modify their driving habits (for instance to avoid busy highways or night-time driving) to match their declining capabilities. However, statistics show that older drivers are more likely than younger ones to be involved in multi-vehicle crashes, particularly at intersections."

I’ve always wondered this. I don’t know the science behind them, so I’m not sure if using them at a fairly young age could prevent wrinkles or not. Obviously sunscreen, water & nutrition help, but could an anti-aging product prevent wrinkles? Not the kind that "fill" them or any surgical procedures. Thanks! :)
