He’s only 4 1/2 and I’m not sure what to do for him, I just know he’s not happy and probly in pain, what can I do to help lubricate and relieve some of the pain and tension in the hips and back legs?

i want to make an old age home for aging people in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. In this i want to ensure that those living here should have safety, comfort and tension free life. While the city must consider this home as an asset rather then burden. It should be self sutainable
